Metro Eye Care is pleased to welcome Dr. Seth Sachs as a member of our team. Dr. Sachs graduated Summa Cum Laude from Queens College of the City University of New York. He received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at New York University Medical Center he went on to do his residency in ophthalmology at the prestigious Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Sachs served as chief resident during his final year of residency. Upon the completion of his residency, he undertook a year of fellowship training at the University of Connecticut Health Center specializing in diseases and surgery of the anterior segment of the eye.
Dr. Sachs has been practicing ophthalmology in Bergen County since 1985. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is on the attending staff of Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Sachs recently joined the staff of Metro Eye Care where he brings decades of experience providing comprehensive eye care as well as a compassionate, thorough approach to the diagnosis and management of eye disorders.
